ComplioPractice AI is a digital SaaS platform providing immediate access to AI-powered policy generation, compliance tools, exports, dashboards, and operational resources.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital services and AI-generated content, all payments are final.
No refunds
We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for:
- unused time
- unused generations
- accidental purchases
- subscription cancellations
- dissatisfaction after platform usage
Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the customer billing portal.
After cancellation:
- access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- subscriptions will not renew automatically after cancellation
- no additional charges will occur unless the user resubscribes
We encourage all users to fully utilize their active subscription period before cancellation.
