1.0 Purpose
Austin Family Primary Care, PLLC ("the Practice") establishes this policy to protect the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR Part 164, Subpart E) and Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 181.
2.0 Scope
